Olivia the Director at Happy Peeps provides leadership to the Social Work therapy team and upholds her values of showing kindness, compassion and empathy to improve mental health and wellbeing. Olivia is dedicated to providing a safe place for clients to foster trust and to feel heard, supported and understood.
Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Charles Darwin University and is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers. Olivia is proud to be a Social Worker and achieves personal satisfaction in making a difference in other people’s lives as we all navigate the journey of life.
Olivia’s professional practice framework is focused on a trauma informed strength based approach utilising narrative therapy to empower clients to reshape their life stories and overcome life’s challenges. Olivia is dedicated to supporting people to reach their life goals through a happy and positive therapeutic approach.
Olivia loves life and enjoys the great outdoors, going out into nature for relaxation and improved mental health and wellbeing.

Mary-Rose – Executive Assistant/Business Manager
Introducing Mary-Rose, our Executive Assistant/Business Manager, who brings leadership to our team and drives our vision to help clients achieve outcomes that will enhance their every day living and quality of life.
With 15 years experience in management and strong interest in Social Work and Justice, Mary-Rose brings extensive knowledge and compassion to the Happy Peeps team. She believes not all workplaces have to be all serious business. Sometimes a good laugh and a smile can help anyone through their day.
In her spare time, Mary-Rose loves keeping up to date with the latest documentaries and spending time in the great outdoors.

Nicole – Office Manager
Nicole is our dedicated Office Manager who leads our administration team, therapists, support coordinators and support workers.
Nicole has a passion for mental health and is dedicated to supporting clients with warmth and understanding.
Nicole is currently studying her Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs with the intention to further study Mental Health.
Outside of work, Nicole dotes over her little black pug and her abundance of house plants.

Kelly – Assistant Office Manager
Kelly is the Assistant Office Manager at Happy Peeps. She has over 10 years experience in administration and has a passion for helping others. Kelly is a great listener and is always willing to pick up the phone and help our clients get connected to the right services.
Kelly loves the beach, camping, nature and spending time with friends and family.

Sophie – Administration
Sophie is a key part of our Administration team, answering the phone and ensuring our clients feel safe and supported. She is always busy helping the workplace feel like home and is easily able to make people smile with a good chat and a laugh.
Sophie is currently studying at Queensland University of Technology Brisbane and is enjoying studying her double degree in Social Work and Psychology. Sophie is a valued member of our team who is kind and compassionate and wise beyond her years.
Sophie enjoys spending her weekends with friends and family, going to the beach and relaxing in the sun.

Caroline – Social Work Therapist
Caroline graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Queensland. She holds a Masters in Counselling and is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
Caroline’s practice framework is derived from a holistic, empowering, strengths-based approach. She enjoys supporting people with their mental health and well-being, facilitating a safe space for growth and positive outcomes.
Caroline enjoys going to the beach on a hot summer’s day and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Kirstyn – Social Work Therapist
Kirstyn graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from the Queensland University of Technology. Since being at Happy Peeps, Kirstyn has developed a framework which intends to prioritise a client-centred approach, personal integrity, empowerment, and social justice.
With a feeling of warmth and safety, Kirstyn encourages confidence, self-assurance and empathy. She enjoys creating a space for clients to feel heard, seen and understood.
Kirstyn enjoys relaxing over the weekend with a good book and a walk in the park with her dog.

Support Coordinator/Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Our Support Coordinator/Psychosocial Recovery Coach is here to assist clients in connecting with supports, organising plans, reviews and funding. Their aim is to provide appropriate care and compassion while supporting people to understand their NDIS plans and funding options.
Our Support Coordinator enjoys creating a space for open communication with clients while valuing respect and trust in decision making processes.

Luna – Health & Well-Being Companion
Luna loves popping in to the office for some snacks and pats throughout the day. She enjoys long walks in the morning and napping in the sunshine. This big ball of fluff has the ability to brighten anyone’s day.
