You may suffer from anxiety, sleep disturbance patterns, loss of appetite or weight, low energy levels, impaired thinking or poor concentration and low self-esteem and feeling flat or numb inside.
A major depressive personal state may lead to physical aches and pains and negative suicidal thoughts from feeling ashamed and guilty or worried that others may not understand or support you.
